Medical Terminology
Department of Medical Ethics and History of Medicine
Every consultation with patients, every scientific reading or specialist publication requires a differentiated and reflective approach to language and terminology. In this course, we want to give you a brief introduction to the language of medicine. We will try to make this as interesting and effective as possible for you; images and text references will help you understand the history of this language.
The internship begins in the first week of the semester. It will take place partly as a digital course once a week via StudIP as an online course. In addition, according to current plans, two lectures will take place in person. Further information on the two in-person events, attendance checks, and the entire course schedule can be found in StudIP.
There will be no distribution of lecture notes. The lecture notes will be uploaded to StudIP.
