Jana Wegehöft is a cultural anthropologist, has been a research fellow at the Department of Medical Ethics and History of Medicine at the University Medical Center Göttingen since January 2025. She works on the project “Risk Communication in Future Primary Care for Alzheimer’s Disease.” While pursuing her master’s degree, she worked at the institute as a student research assistant on projects related to dementia prevention, prediction, and co-intelligent monitoring and assistance systems in dementia care, starting in 2022. Her research interests also include aging, doctor-patient communication, and qualitative research.
